Ms. Apoorva Agarwal is a Senior Associate at the firm, with over four years of experience in litigation and legal field. She graduated in Law from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), GGSIPU and enrolled at the Bar in 2021. She subsequently completed her LL.M. from National Law University Odisha.

Her practice is primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, district courts of Delhi and various other judicial forums. Her areas of practice include property disputes, eviction and landlord-tenant matters, wills and testamentary matters, probate proceedings, inheritance disputes, title and possession disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, IPR litigation, consumer disputes, banking and financial disputes, arbitrations and related court proceedings.

Her practice involves drafting pleadings, conducting detailed legal research, formulating litigation strategy, advising and engaging with clients, and appearing and independently arguing matters before various courts and forums. She is involved in the conduct of matters at every stage, from initial assessment and preparation through effective courtroom representation.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Law Research Associate at the Supreme Court of India, where she gained valuable exposure to judicial proceedings, complex questions of law and extensive legal research.

Alongside her litigation practice, Ms. Agarwal has maintained an active engagement with legal education and professional development. She has served as a Teaching Mentor with various online platforms like LawMarg, Lawbhoomi, Katcheri.in etc., where she conducted practical legal skills sessions. She has also served as a judge in various moot court competitions, contributing to the development of law students. She was recently invited as a Guest of Honour for a podcast interview with Amity Law School on “Women in litigation”, where she shared her perspectives on the experiences and challenges of women pursuing litigation as a career. Her professional engagements also extend to corporate legal awareness and compliances. She has conducted POSH compliance and awareness workshops for corporate organisations and entities.

As an integral part of the firm, Ms. Agarwal is involved in its work in a well-rounded capacity, contributing to litigation and dispute resolution as also to legal research, professional training, client advisory and other professional initiatives.
