Anshvendra Singh is an Associate at Kohli & Sobti Advocates, where he brings a curious mind and a steady hand to a wide-ranging litigation practice. A graduate of Nirma University (B.A. LL.B. Hons.), he appears before the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and Labour Courts, and also represents clients in mediation and other ADR forums.

His work spans practice in arbitration, rent control matters, consumer disputes, civil suits, criminal matters, and matrimonial disputes, with a few intellectual property matters along the way. He sees a case through from start to finish, from drafting the claims/plaints/suits, replies, and rejoinders to arguing at the hearing. In rent control, he handles eviction petitions and leave to defend applications. His civil practice includes recovery suits, injunctions, contractual disputes, and execution proceedings. On the criminal side, he appears in bail applications, quashing petitions, and trial-stage matters, Cheque bounce cases and also has considerarable experience of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
