Mr. Govind Adhikari heads the clerkage and filing operations of the firm and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely conduct of its court-related processes. He primarily handles filing and procedural requirements before the Delhi High Court & Supreme Court, working closely with the Founding Partner Advocate Ajay Kohli and his team in the preparation, filing and follow-up of matters. In addition to his involvement in High Court litigation, he oversees the entire clerkage system of the office, coordinating filing work, documentation, procedural compliance and related court formalities across matters handled by the firm. His familiarity with court procedures and filing practices ensures the efficient coordination and day-to-day functioning of the firm’s litigation support system.
